Happy Birthday, John Williams! The legendary composer is responsible for creating the quintessential sound of Hollywood. He has won five Oscars, four Golden Globes, five Emmys and 25 Grammys. He is also conductor laureate of the Boston Pops Orchestra, which he led from 1980 to 1993, and a composer of concert-hall works, writing works for leading instrumentalists.
